HR & Facilities Manager, CIPD Level 7, 5–10 yrs

Energy Jobline is seeking an HR Manager with Facilities experience. This role can be based at Heathrow or Manchester, supporting HR operations for ~60 staff across the site and other UK locations.

You will own onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll liaison, and health and safety coordination. Strong IT skills and UK employment law knowledge (CIPD preferred) are essential, with 5–10 years’ experience.
