Lead Urgent Care Advanced Practitioner (Paramedic/Nurse)

Haslemere Health Centre is seeking a motivated Advanced Practitioner (Paramedic Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner) to lead on a new triage model and strengthen same‑day access. You will work with GPs, nurses and reception staff to deliver high‑quality urgent care in Haslemere and Fernhurst branches.

The role offers 28–37.5 hours per week, with core hours 8am–6.30pm on weekdays, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Private medical insurance and training opportunities are included.
