South Food, Health & Safety Manager – Audits & Compliance

Malmaison is seeking a Food, Health & Safety Manager (South) to support hotel operations across the South of England, travelling to properties as needed. The role focuses on developing and maintaining health, safety, fire and food safety practices throughout the group.

You will lead audits, conduct risk assessments, manage incidents and deliver safety training, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies while supporting new property openings.
