Senior School PA to Principal & HR Lead | Flexible Hours

Fairfield High School, part of the Excalibur Academies Trust, is seeking a highly organised PA to the Principal/HR Lead to support smooth school operations. You will manage the Principal’s diary, organise travel, handle HR queries, and oversee DBS checks and staff absence monitoring.

You will also coordinate recruitment for teaching and support staff, manage payroll changes, and administer SIMS Personnel, with safeguarding and confidentiality at the forefront.
