24/7 Onsite IT Support Analyst (1st Line)

Pets at Home is seeking an IT Support Analyst to analyse and resolve colleague IT issues at our Stafford Fulfilment Centre. The role covers 1st line support, hardware/software provisioning, and onsite assistance across operations and support offices.

The site operates 24/7 with a shift rota including days and nights and a premium for nights alongside base salary. Prior experience in IT service desk is valued, with strong customer service and organised work style.
