ESEL Installation Team Lead – Retail Projects

TXP is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee ESEL installation projects across retail and supermarket sites in the UK. This hands-on role combines leadership, installation expertise, customer liaison, and project administration to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include leading on-site teams, assigning workloads, monitoring progress, conducting quality checks and maintaining site documentation.
