Programme Manager – End-to-End Education Programs & Events

Instinct Resourcing is seeking a Programme Manager to oversee end-to-end project, event, and client management for bespoke executive learning programmes. The role includes coordinating clients, faculty, venues and logistics to ensure high standards of delivery.

You will manage on-site delivery, hosting dinners, and provide technical support (Zoom/Teams) while facilitating debriefs and lessons learned. Hybrid work with two days on site in Cambridgeshire.
