Founding Brand Strategist — End-to-End Identity & Narrative

Craft Agency Ltd. is building a foundational in-house strategy function. You’d be one of the first two strategists shaping how brand work is defined, owning positioning, architecture and naming across projects.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy in a small, flat team, you’ll influence how the practice operates as the studio moves upmarket, with live work spanning luxury real estate, travel and hospitality for US and Middle East markets, in a hybrid studio/remote setup.
