KeyResponsibilities:
- Lead,coachanddevelopahigh-performingDataScienceteam.
- OwnanddelivertheDataScienceroadmap,prioritisingworkbasedonbusinessvalue.
- Overseethedevelopmentanddeploymentofmachinelearningmodels,includingchurn,customerlifetimevalue,forecasting,segmentationandrecommendation.
- Ensuresolutionsarescalable,robust,governedandproduction-ready.
- Partnerwithbusinessandtechnologystakeholderstotranslatecommercialchallengesintodata-drivensolutions.
- Drivebestpracticeindatascience,modelgovernanceandtechnicaldelivery.
- Delivermeasurablebusinessvaluethroughtheeffectiveuseofdatascience.
Skills&Experience:
- ProvenexperienceleadingDataScienceteamsinacommercialenvironment.
- Strongknowledgeofmachinelearning,statistics,PythonandSQL.
- Experiencedevelopinganddeployingpredictivemodelsusingcustomerandcommercialdata.
- Experiencewithcloudanalyticsplatforms(e.g.Databricks,SnowflakeorBigQuery).
- Strongstakeholdermanagement,communicationandleadershipskills.
