This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ERP Data Migration professional to lead critical data migration activities, working across multiple business areas to improve data quality, support migration, and establish strong data governance for the future.

The Role
Working as part of the ERP programme, you will take ownership of data migration activities from planning through to implementation. You’ll work with business and technical teams to assess existing data, improve data quality, support migration and testing, and help ensure a successful ERP go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Lead data migration activities for a large-scale ERP implementation
Review and assess existing data across multiple business systems
Drive data cleansing, validation and standardisation initiatives
Support data mapping, migration planning, testing and UAT
Work closely with business stakeholders to define future data requirements
Ensure data quality across customer, supplier, product, pricing and finance data
Help establish data governance processes and best practices
Support the successful delivery of the ERP transformation programme
About You
Proven experience delivering ERP data migration projects
Strong understanding of data cleansing, mapping, validation and migration processes
Experience working on ERP implementation or transformation programmes
Knowledge of master data management and data governance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to work collaboratively across both business and technical teams
