Salary / Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate of £15-16, dependent on experience
- Temporary contract with a view to permanent employment after six months
- Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm schedule
- Company van and fuel card provided

About you
- Time served or appropriately qualified with relevant joinery experience
- Proven skills in 1st and 2nd fix joinery including ironmongery, kitchen installations, and door fitting
- Experience working on both void and tenanted properties
- Full driving licence and a valid CSR card (can be organised if needed)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to health & safety standards
What you’ll do
- Carry out 1st and 2nd fix joinery tasks, including all aspects of ironmongery, glazing, and door installations
- Work effectively on void and tenanted properties to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver courteous and professional service to clients and tenants
- Follow health and safety protocols, ensuring all work areas are left clean and safe
- Complete relevant documentation accurately and on time, adhering to company procedures
- Support out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis, including evenings and weekends, with appropriate compensation
