Salary / Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate of £15-16, dependent on experience
  • Temporary contract with a view to permanent employment after six months
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm schedule
  • Company van and fuel card provided
  • Opportunity to work on varied projects including void and tenanted properties

About you

  • Time served or appropriately qualified with relevant joinery experience
  • Proven skills in 1st and 2nd fix joinery including ironmongery, kitchen installations, and door fitting
  • Experience working on both void and tenanted properties
  • Full driving licence and a valid CSR card (can be organised if needed)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to health & safety standards

What you’ll do

  • Carry out 1st and 2nd fix joinery tasks, including all aspects of ironmongery, glazing, and door installations
  • Work effectively on void and tenanted properties to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver courteous and professional service to clients and tenants
  • Follow health and safety protocols, ensuring all work areas are left clean and safe
  • Complete relevant documentation accurately and on time, adhering to company procedures
  • Support out-of-hours callouts on a rotational basis, including evenings and weekends, with appropriate compensation
