Learning Inclusion Facilitator for Student Success

New College Swindon is seeking compassionate Inclusion Support Assistants to join its Inclusive Learning team. You will provide personalised support to students with SEND, and where needed assist with personal care, mobility and daily tasks, enabling learners to participate fully in college life.

You will work with lecturers and other staff to adapt activities, monitor progress, and promote independence, confidence and wellbeing. A calm, patient approach and strong communication are essential.
