Collections Advisor – Hybrid, 9-5, No Evenings/Weekends

Capita is seeking a Collections Advisor to join our Preston team on a permanent, full-time basis at Portway House. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am–5.30pm, with hybrid working after competency, and paid Bank Holidays.

You will support customers in financial difficulty, provide options to achieve fair outcomes, document interactions, and ensure compliance. The team is supportive, with a dedicated line manager and coach to help you develop and succeed.
