Crisis & Product Recall Claims Specialist

AXA XL London is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage Crisis Management and Product Recall claims across the UK and Lloyd’s. You will collaborate with brokers, clients and experts to drive claims to resolution while upholding AXA XL standards.

You will work with the Claims Manager and practice leader, handling cross‑jurisdictional claims and supporting related Political Risk and War/ Terrorism cases when needed. This role requires strong service orientation and analytical thinking.
