Valuations Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Focus on successful project delivery, understanding the overall project objectives
• Manage tasks and prioritise commitments
• Effectively communicate with the wider project team and in client interactions
• Provide supportable valuation conclusions informed by knowledge of valuation techniques and standards
• Be inquisitive, research solutions and proactively seek support from team members
• Provide timely feedback during projects and assist with on-the-job training for junior members
• Contribute to preparing marketing materials and developing a network

Requirements

• Experience of working on multiple assignments in professional services environment
• Interest in developing a good working knowledge of Valuations
• Strong attention to detail and be focused on delivering high-quality work and analysis
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Good IT and communication skills, adaptable and able to deal effectively with a range of clients and internal teams
• ACA / ACCA / CFA qualified or equivalent (desirable)
• A genuine interest in our clients (desirable)
• Analytical skills combined with an ability to manage several projects simultaneously (desirable)
