Director of AI – Digital Design

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the innovation strategy for AI and Digital Design
• Set the HR AI and automation strategy
• Define and evolve the HR AI architecture
• Shape the AI vendor strategy for HR
• Act as a visible enterprise leader for AI in HR
• Build capability across HR and improve AI literacy
• Design and operationalise AI governance for HR
• Monitor key metrics such as adoption rates and customer satisfaction

• Significant input to function wide strategic initiatives
• Extensive knowledge of industry theories and practices
• Expert advice to senior functional management and committees
• Ability to negotiate with and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and interpretative thinking
• Ability to manage a business function and multiple projects
• Ability to manage compliance with regulations and processes
• Familiarity with AI technologies and HR processes
