Lead Ofsted-Registered Manager for a New EBD Children’s Home

AA Euro Group, based in Waltham Forest, is seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to open and run a brand-new 3-bed EBD children’s home. You will lead from day one, ensuring high-quality care and full regulatory compliance with Ofsted.

You will recruit and develop a dedicated staff team, implement individualised care plans, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with local authorities while working towards an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
