Aerospace Quality Documentation Lead – Senior QE

Optima UK, a well-established precision engineering manufacturer in the UK, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own the quality documentation and aerospace compliance. Location is Nuneaton, with a salary of £40,000 – £45,000 and commutable from Coventry, Hinckley, Rugby, Leicester, Bedworth, and Tamworth.

You will manage FAIRs (AS9102) and PPAP submissions, maintain quality records, and ensure AS9100 compliance while supporting customer audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
