Confero Recruitment Group are seeking a proactive and customer-focused FM Helpdesk Operator to join our clients Facilities Management team.Acting as the first point of contact for maintenance requests, you will manage reactive and planned works, ensuring excellent service delivery and compliance with agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities-Receive and log maintenance requests.-Allocate work orders to engineers and contractors.--Monitor job progress and provide updates to clients and stakeholders.-Maintain accurate records and reports within the CAFM system.-Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) scheduling.
Requirements-Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or facilities management environment.-Strong communication and organisational skills.-Experience using CAFM or service management systems.
