SEN Teaching Assistant for Secondary (11–16)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary school in Manchester. You will support pupils aged 11–16 with a range of needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping them engage with learning and build confidence.

The role requires patience, resilience, safeguarding commitment, and the ability to manage challenging behaviour; experience with ASC/ADHD/SEMH and personal care is desirable.
