KFC Wigan Ince – Manchester Road is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead from the front, taking full ownership of the restaurant’s performance, people, culture and guest experience. You will drive results through a high performing team and show strong commercial awareness in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit and develop leaders, manage labour and stock, deliver consistent, friendly service, and guide the restaurant through change with support from the Area Coach.
