Editorial Director, Commercial Fiction (9‑Month FTC)

Century Fiction, the flagship imprint of Cornerstone, seeks an Editorial Director on a 9‑month FTC to lead a bestselling commercial fiction list. You will manage acquisitions, publication schedules and author partnerships, guiding cross-functional teams to launch and market 2027 titles.

You will shape strategy, maintain strong author care, and drive campaigns with Sales, Marketing and Rights. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on editing and publishing expertise.
