Lead, Research & Strategic Insights for Policy

Maximus is seeking a Research and Strategic Insights Lead to shape future services, inform commissioners and support innovation across sectors. The role blends delivery data, policy insight and communications to develop clear, credible outputs for external audiences.

The postholder will work with policy, BI and communications teams to ensure evidence-based positioning with government, commissioners and partners, translating complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
