Brighton-Based In-House PE M&A Lawyer – Deal Leader

G2 Legal is seeking an in-house M&A lawyer with 3-10+ years PQE and private equity experience to join a Brighton-based PE firm. You will be part of the deal team supporting buy- and sell-side work across the UK.

The role offers exposure to the entire investment lifecycle, including committee discussions and portfolio company operations, with scope to take on larger responsibilities over time.
