Lead Java Engineer – Greenfield Fintech, Hybrid Cardiff

IntaPeople Limited in Cardiff city centre is hiring an Engineering Team Lead to steer a Java team on greenfield initiatives. The role focuses on developing engineers, setting goals and enabling milestone achievement, with some hands-on coding when required.

The team works on Java 25, Spring Boot, React, Postgres and AWS, in a hybrid setup with three days in the Cardiff office. The package includes £75,000 base with a bonus up to 20% and total package up to £90,000.
