Digital Learning Consultant (Hybrid) – Design & Impact

Vitality is seeking a Digital Learning Consultant on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role partners with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design engaging digital solutions that close skills gaps and support business objectives.

Combining instructional design, content creation and learning consultancy, you will deliver end-to-end digital learning projects, create assets, upload to the LXP, monitor engagement and strive for impact across the organisation. Hybrid role.
