- Salary: £38,480 per annum, £20.00 per hour
Women’s Work is a National Award-Winning Charity founded in 2003. We aim to deliver a holistic, person-centred support service to vulnerable and disadvantaged women with complex health and social needs. We do this by ensuring they can access support, education and information to raise self-esteem and confidence, empowering them to make positive life choices resulting in improved health and wellbeing.
The Role
To take responsibility for the development, delivery, and administration of the Criminal Justice Project, to achieve positive outcomes around health and well-being for vulnerable female offenders. To provide leadership, supervision and support the development of the TAP delivery team, overseeing administration, monitoring and reporting functions of the project.
Person Specification
- Qualified in a relevant field to at least Level 3 and with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Leadership/Management Qualification or Degree in Health & Social Care, Social work/Criminology
- Knowledge and understanding of the criminal Justice system and other related systems/services
- Good interpersonal and all-round communication skills, evaluation and sound judgement skills
- Excellent written and report writing skills
- Also have the ability to manage their own caseload with excellent IT and Project Management skills
An Enhanced DBS and Enhanced Level 1 Vetting will be required
