Job Description:
Momentum Training in Derby is seeking a proactive Learner Engagement Officer to attract, engage and enrol learners onto funded training programmes. You will build strong relationships with referral partners and attend community events to promote Momentum’s training opportunities.
The role requires excellent communication, ability to manage learner records, support progression, and work closely with tutors and management to meet recruitment targets. A full UK driving licence is preferred.
