Hybrid Housing Project Officer — Policy & Service Improvement

Test Valley Borough Council is seeking a Housing Project Officer to deliver multiple projects improving service delivery within the Housing department. The role requires researching housing policy changes and gathering customer feedback to inform local policy updates.

You will work closely with other housing teams, thrive in a busy environment, and contribute to preventing and relieving homelessness. Office-based in Andover with some home-working flexibility.
