Shopping Center Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to join a well-established business specialising in retail asset management, leasing, and shopping centre operations.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy retail destination, ensuring exceptional operational standards, strong commercial performance, and an outstanding customer experience.

The Role:

• Manage and motivate on-site teams including security, cleaning & maintenance
• Build strong occupier and stakeholder relationships
• Drive promotional campaigns, seasonal events & visitor engagement
• Support retail performance through merchandising and space optimisation
• Ensure full health & safety compliance across the site
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience

About You:

• Previous experience within shopping centre, retail operations or property management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of health & safety and operational compliance
