Employer Engagement & Partnerships Specialist

London Borough of Redbridge seeks an Employer Engagement Officer to drive the Sector Hub. This permanent, full-time role is based on a hybrid model at Lynton House, Ilford, with travel across the Local London sub-region.

You will build relationships with employers in priority sectors, assess workforce needs, coordinate engagement across boroughs and partners, and support delivery of sector-based pathways into employment while recording activity for reporting.
