Fairstead is seeking a Portfolio Support Manager to provide high‑level administrative, operational, and analytical support to Senior Regional Managers across a multi‑state affordable housing portfolio. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in property management, familiarity with LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8, and strong Excel and data analysis skills.
You will assist with budgets, capital projects, reporting, and due diligence, while coordinating travel and supporting portfolio-wide initiatives.
