Strategic People Analytics Partner & Insight Leader

Stripe is seeking a People Analytics Analyst and Business Partner to support its International organization. You will be the sole analytics point of contact for People Partners across Core, Tech, and GTM functions in Europe, working with confidence and autonomy to deliver insights that drive talent strategy.

Expect to build analytics products, guide org health analyses, and partner with engineering and business leaders to improve workforce data and decision-making.
