HR Services Team Lead – 6-Month Contract (Hybrid Glasgow)

Project People in Glasgow is seeking an HR Services Team Leader on a 6-month contract to guide a high-performing People Services team in a hybrid setup (2 days in Central Glasgow office).

You will lead around 6 HR Advisors and Administrators, oversee end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle, ensure SLAs, handle escalations and drive improvements with key stakeholders using reporting and MI.
