Policy Lead: Experts by Experience & Trauma-Informed Policy

Cymorth Cymru is seeking a Policy Manager to lead engagement with experts by experience and champion trauma-informed, psychologically informed approaches in policy and practice across Wales. The role reports to the Director and works with the policy team to shape strategic advocacy.

The successful candidate will manage the National Experts by Experience Forum, oversee safeguarding, develop training networks, and build relationships with stakeholders while ensuring Welsh homelessness policy
