Guest Experience & Reservations Specialist

Hawksmoor in London is seeking a friendly Reservationist to greet guests, manage reservations and waiting lists, and support the floor team to ensure seamless service.

You will coordinate seating, assist with cloakroom, and communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and staff to deliver warm hospitality from the first hello. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
