Deputy Manager, Children’s Residential Home (SEMH)

Prospero Health & Social Care is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a Children’s Residential Home in Newhaven, East Sussex. The role supports the Registered Manager in daily leadership and ensures safe, nurturing, child-centred care for young people.

The ideal candidate will have SEMH experience, a Level 5 qualification in Children’s Residential Care, strong safeguarding knowledge, and a proven ability to lead shifts and motivate staff. A full UK driving licence is required.
