Key Accounts Director, Europe – Utilities Growth

Neara is seeking a driven Key Account Director to lead growth across strategic European accounts. You will own senior relationships, drive multi-year revenue, and mentor Customer Success teams.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role with regional travel across Europe and a focus on utilities sector opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies, present at conferences, and scale Neara’s footprint across Europe’s largest utilities.
