IPS Employment Specialist — Mental Health & Work

Southdown’s Work & Wellbeing Service is seeking an Employment Specialist in Brighton to help people accessing mental health treatment move into sustained paid employment. You’ll deliver the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, work alongside the Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust, and engage local employers while some remote and community-based work is included.
