Customer Service & Order Specialist – NL Focus

Dormer Pramet is looking for a Customer Service Representative. This role is based in Waverley, Rotherham UK and primarily supports our customers in The Netherlands, while also providing support to the UK team when needed.

As a key partner for our customers, you’ll guide inquiries from first contact through order completion, work with Sales Engineers and Account Managers, support onboarding and the use of our digital tools, and help keep CRM/ERP data accurate.
