Global Policy & Defence Reform Lead

Prospectus is partnering with a leading global anti-corruption organisation to recruit a Head of Policy on a permanent contract, operating on a hybrid basis with UK and international travel. The role provides strategic direction, translating evidence into systemic change to strengthen defence and security institutions globally.

The postholder will lead policy and stakeholder engagement at regional and global levels, support nationally led reforms, and manage a small advocacy and policy team.
