Job Description:
City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is hiring a Commercial Gas Engineer (HVAC) to perform planned and reactive maintenance across several retail stores in Guildford and surrounding areas. You will service boilers, AHUs and FCUs and support on-call rosters.
The role requires ACS Commercial Gas qualifications and a strong background in heating and ventilation systems. A full UK driving licence and PDA experience are preferred for site visits and efficient fault resolution.
