Airport Lounge Team Leader – Hospitality Lead

Aspire Executive Lounge is recruiting for a Team Leader Agent at Manchester Airport. You will lead a hospitality team, ensuring safety, quality and outstanding guest service with proactive coaching and strong communication.

Role covers 37.5 hours weekly, with shifts across 0330–2100, seven days a week. You’ll mentor staff, manage performance, and uphold high standards while maintaining operational efficiency.
