Job Description:

Nando’s is a global restaurant business rooted in South Africa, with over 500 sites and 20,000 people across the UK and Ireland. Our purpose – Changing Lives Together – shapes how we think about our people, our customers, and the communities we are part of. We are a people-first business where the magic starts with the teams in our restaurants.

We are now embarking on one of the most ambitious transformations in our history using new ways of working, and emerging technology including AI to make the business sustainably more efficient while protecting what makes Nando’s special. • Establish pragmatic governance, ensuring programmes stay on track without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Champion the use of emerging technologies, including AI, to improve delivery and build organisational capability.
  • Coach and develop a Transformation Delivery Lead.
  • Support the prioritisation, governance and evolution of the organisation’s change portfolio.

  • 5-8+ years’ experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes in large, fast-paced organisations.
  • Proven success delivering business change, embedding new ways of working and driving sustainable adoption.
  • Strong programme governance, risk management and benefits realisation experience, with a track record of delivering strategic outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Skilled at building credibility and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technology.
  • Comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology, translating strategy into practical delivery.
  • Resilient, adaptable and outcome-focused, with excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Curious about emerging technology and an active user of AI to enhance productivity and ways of working.
  • Company bonus
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Free Nando’s at your place of work (and 40% discount when you’re not working)
  • Annual team trips, AKA a free holiday with your function
  • Four-week sabbatical every five years you’ve been with us

This is a hybrid role based from our Putney office 3 days a week
