On-Site Customer Service Advisor – 12-Month FTC (4/4)

GXO is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to support the Clicklink operation in Northampton. The role is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, with a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (06:00–18:00) on-site, where you’ll play a key role in monitoring performance, supporting customer relationships and ensuring smooth communication across the transport network.

You will manage systems, respond to queries by phone and email, and contribute to continuous improvement.
