Ourclient’sfamilydepartmentisrankedandrecognizedbyTheLegal500andChambersandPartnersforfamilyandmatrimonialwork,providingconfidentialadvicewitheffectiverepresentation.ThefamilyteamincludespractitionerswhohaveachievedtheLawSociety’sChildrenLawandFamilyLawAdvancedaccreditationsprovidingadvocacyinallcourtproceedings,ensuringtheirclientsreceiveaconsistentandprofessionalserviceaswellasahighdegreeofcontinuity.
Inaddition,ourclient’sFamilydepartmentisexperiencedinassistinghighnetworthindividualsindivorcematterswithspecialistdivorcesolicitorswithexpertiseindomesticabuse,adoption,childabduction,prohibitivestepsorders,specificissuesorders,injunctions,spousalandchildmaintenance,properties,pensionsandfreezinginjunctions.
MainDutiesandResponsibilities:
- ReportdirectlytoDepartmentDirector
- ResponsibleforallaspectsofFamilyLawworkincludingprovidingtechnicalexpertiseandguidancetootherteammembers
- AbilitytomanageandsuperviseSolicitors,TraineeSolicitorsandCaseworkerstomanageappropriatecaseloadtypesandcomplexities
- Assistingwithdeliveryofappropriatetraininganddevelopmentinthedepartment
- VarietyofdutiesincludingdealingwitharangeofFamilyworkincludingdivorce,financialdisputesandremedies,internationalelementsofchildabduction/adoption,injunctions/nonmolestationorderandprovidingtechnicalexpertiseandguidancetootherteammembers
- Youwillhaveaprofessionalpro-activeapproach,strongclientcareskillsandbeinterestedinBusinessDevelopmentandMarketingtosupplementthesubstantialworkvolumesbroughtinbythe
KeySkillsRequired:
- Musthaveaclean,validPracticingCertificateatthetimeofapplying
