Senior Applied AI Engineer – Production MLOps & Governance

Scale is seeking a Staff Applied AI Engineer to raise the bar on how AI is built, governed, and evaluated across the Global Public Sector team. You will define standards for evaluation methodologies and MLOps, while acting as the senior technical voice for the most sensitive AI decisions our clients face.

You will lead the adoption of robust AI practices, mentor engineers, and contribute to external representation of Scale’s AI capabilities, including working with executive-level clients.
