Growth Lead, Sell Side for Generators

Tem-Energy is seeking a Growth Lead – Sell Side (Generators) to drive product marketing and growth for the Sell engine, contracting directly with renewable generators. You will lead launches, build demand engines, and shape the marketing function in a fast-moving, AI-driven energy tech environment.

The role reports to the CGO, with responsibilities spanning narrative, enablement, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration across origination and sales.
