Warehouse Team Lead – Drive Performance & Safety

Co-op in Andover is seeking a warehouse team manager to lead a sizeable team at our Andover depot. You’ll coach operatives to deliver accurate picks and packs, while upholding safety policies and procedures. Your role will focus on engaging staff, meeting deadlines, and driving continuous improvement.

You’ll analyse performance data, collaborate with internal partners, and plan workloads. This full-time position is 39 hours per week with weekend shifts and a competitive benefits package.
