Asset Planning Analyst — Housing & Property (Hybrid)

Vico Homes is seeking a Technical Planning Officer to join the Property and Building Safety Team at our Castleford Head Office. The role focuses on supporting the development and delivery of planned investment and cyclical works across our housing portfolio.

You will maintain asset data and reporting accuracy, enabling informed decisions, regulatory compliance and evidence-based investment strategies. The role offers a permanent, 37-hour week in a flexible, hybrid-friendly environment.
